Description
The Gdynia Design Days is an annual festival showcasing the latest trends and best practices in the field of design. Brimming with inspiring exhibitions, lectures, workshops and discussions the program is aimed at both professionals, young entrepreneurs and design enthusiasts looking for inspiration for creative activities and creative leisure time.
For the 10 days in July Gdynia becomes the best summer meeting place for the design industry. The event is also the only festival of design in Poland during which the created prototypes have a chance of being implemented. The exchange of experiences and cooperations present at the event give visitors the opportunity to be informed about the following year in regards to advancements and developments of ideas born during the event.
The organizer of the festival is the Design Centre / Pomeranian Science and Technology Park Gdynia / City of Gdynia. We took the audience through all aspects of the WORTH Partnership Project, application process and how it could benefit you as an entrepreneur and start-up enterprise. There was also Simona Moldovan present as a guest speaker, she is an environmental scientist with a master in environmental engineering. She also has a master in Textile Engineering and started a PHD in the same field. In April 2015 she started working in the Biotechnology Research Group in AITEX R&D Projects area and at the moment she is working in the Nanotechnology research group. Currently she is involved in the coordination of a BBI-JU under the rules of H2020 international project.
