Courses in Fashion Communication at University of Carlos III Madrid and Digital Printing course at Central Saint Martins in London. She has made a coaching programme Cluster of Sustainable Fashion, in Perú, collaborating CAMARA DE COMERCIO of LIMA.
Her career began in CORTEFIEL, Designer of the Shoes & Bags, PEPE JEANS, Designer of Swimwear and Bags, Freelance Designer for outdoor & fitness sportswear brands.
She launched her own brand KRALOVA, with online and offline retail.
Showcasing her collections during MERCEDES BENZ PRAGUE FASHION WEEK. Finalist of National Award of the Czech Republic, TOP STYL DESIGNER, Styl KABO Brno Brilliance Fashion Talent in Slovakia, Special prize for innovation in Contest of Emergent Designers in Madrid. All this experience helped her to obtain big knowledge about IPR. She has focused for years sustainability and circularity, in that field Zuzana has trained MANDO departments: designers, buyers and communication. The smart textiles and technology development is also included in her work. Zuzana was Head of R&D and Creative Direction for PYRATEX for 4 years, and for more than 2 years now collaborating with BITBRAIN, developing high-tech EEG brain sensing devices matching with smart textiles.
Kralova has wide experience in fashion design, especially footwear, accessories and garments, with specific focus in social inclusion, emerging markets and value chain.
She joined IED Madrid as a teacher of Fashion Illustration, Design programs and intensive courses.

Margaret has an extensive background as a lecturer and in creating content with a long-standing record of initiative, innovation, and success. She has created courses for fashion students at the Business and Technology University of Chongqing, one of the top Universities in China with over 50,000 students. She is also a guest lecturer at the Fashion and design school in Cracow, Poland, where she lectures and creates courses. She recently helped develop a 3D fashion design course which will be implemented in 2023.
During her work experience over the last 20 years in art, fashion, colour design, and interior design, she has accumulated diverse industry experiences and knowledge which forms the basis of her lectures. She enjoys stimulating a love for learning, of which she is personally passionate about, which can bring innovative changes in education and design that benefits the future of our society. She has developed strategies and ideas that she believes will bring value and she is also particularly interested in nurturing creative people and creating an “incubator environment” for their development.

Eva Leemet is the CEO of Creative Estonia, promoting creative entrepreneurship in all fields of creative economy in Estonia. Eva has a MBA and she is a qualified consultant in creative entrepreneurship. Taken part in Creative Industries sector development since 2007, she is globally making contacts and gathering experience across the sector to help creative businesses grow and find export channels.
Creative Estonia (CE) is creative industries development centre, which helps to promote and develop creative industries and creative businesses in Estonia and in EU.

Switchrs cofounder, Jan, is a designer, entrepreneur, and social activist who is passionate about the circular economy and social innovation. Jan is a strategic business designer who believes that only by looking at the underlying logic of our systems can we generate a structural change towards sustainability.
Jan is always seeking intersections between activism and entrepreneurship, technology, and society.
He has been working in the circular economy since 2013.
He was a member of the Plan C team, a transition network for sustainable material usage, collaborated with the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, co-authored a European report on the role of plastics in the circular economy, and is the founder of the design agency Regenerative Design and the co-founder of the strategic innovation agency Switchrs.

Dr.Gabriella Mányi Walek has a long experience in the textile, garment and fashion industry working from the implementation of new technologies to the sales of the ready-made products in for-profit companies and representing the interest of the designers and the stakeholders of this sector at different levels in non-profit organisations too. Since 2004 she has been the President of the National Fashion League Hungary Association (NDL). NDL joined the European Fashion Summit as an associated member of the United Fashion project promoted by the European Fashion Federation founded by MAD, Brussels. NDL is one of the members of the European Consortium for Emerging Fashion.
She created and Eco Team in this Association to promote the designers acting with eco conscious and innovative solutions in 2015.In order to develop this concept and to call for a global action, she established the Global Sustainable Fashion Week with an outstanding international executive Board, a new unique event in the sustainable and ethical fashion combining international conference, workshops, displays, fashion shows with the participation of professionals and designers from all part of the world.
Since March 2017 she has been woorking also as a Fashion Revolution’s country coordinator in Hungary to perform a very wide and successful campaign for the better fashion industry.

With a master degree in Bioengineer, Alice Marcato is the technical director of Politecnico Calzaturiero, an organization that deals with Training, Research and Development, Technological Innovation, Quality and Safety of the Workplace for the Footwear Sector.
Great experience in Footwear industry to support the development of training, innovation and research, working with the Footwear District and the producers of Veneto Region.
She is the cluster manager of the Regional Innovative Network FACEDESIGN, a network which moves between fashion, design and innovation, and which brings together companies, universities and innovation centers in order to create projects always in the name of Made in Italy.
She is member of the TCLF Skills Alliance Steering Committee, and she's responsible for lots of international research and training projects in the Fashion sector.

Inga Markovska-Malinausk is the Co-owner and Sales Executive at EMKO, a Lithuanian furniture company. Inga is currently in charge of sales and customer service in 29 countries, including both retailers and the project market. She has extensive expertise communicating with high-end stores and presenting products with high values.
She firmly believes that design must address values other than the aesthetic image of the brand, that it must surprise with functional solutions interwoven into furniture pieces, and that it must consider the long-term viability of the completed product.

Parvinder joined the British Council in 2018, where she oversees architecture, design, and fashion programmes in the EU and South Asia. She manages Design Connections, a yearly delegation programme for museum directors and festival curators from around the world.
Parvinder worked in the Netherlands, establishing a portfolio that included writing, curation, and interior design. She earned a Distinction in her Masters in Architecture and Urbanism from Manchester School of Architecture, as well as a first-class BA in Architecture and a BArch. She has written a lot of pieces about Indian architecture and design, a subject that has captivated her, and has become a regular writer for Mark Magazine in this region. Parvinder contributed to the creation and growth of XS Architecture, a platform that showcases and sells items developed by Dutch architects such as MVRDV and UNStudio. She has contributed to the websites Failed Architecture and Works That Work. She specialised in building startup workplaces, such as Growth Tribe and VRBase. She also taught at Amsterdam's Academy of Architecture.
When she moved to London, she worked as a Creative Producer at architecture firm HASSELL, where her advocacy for equality, diversity, and inclusion resulted in a stronger connection with the Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust.
