An exciting journey begins for WORTH II 3rd Call projects
The 69 exceptional projects selected in the 3rd Call are now fully immersed in the WORTH II incubation programme, designed to nurture and elevate their innovative visions.
Each project benefits from dedicated mentorship, with mentors guiding them through the complexities of development and encouraging cross-collaborations for richer perspectives. Alongside this, a comprehensive webinar programme offers invaluable training to strengthen their skills and broaden their understanding of industry dynamics. The journey will also take them to Milan Design Week 2025, where they will have the unique opportunity to exhibit their creations on an international stage.
With these projects actively bringing their creative and impactful ideas to life, the WORTH II programme is shaping a dynamic future for the design industries.
Overview
INSPIRING INNOVATION THROUGH CREATIVE CONNECTIONS AROUND EUROPE
WORTH Partnership Project is funded by the European Commission under COSME, the EU Programme for the competitiveness of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises.
WORTH is the sole European project where designers, SMEs, manufacturers, and tech providers work together to develop innovative, design-oriented business ideas.
The project focuses on lifestyle industries, including fashion and textile, footwear, leather and fur, furniture/home decoration/architecture/interior design, jewellery and accessories.
The project provides companies with an incubation programme to develop new businesses, including a) 10.000 to 20.000 € in financial support; b) coaching on business strategy and technology development; c) legal advice on intellectual property rights and protection; d) participation in exhibitions; e) networking and professional links.
Launched in 2021, WORTH II follows the success of the first edition (2017-2021). 202 transnational partnerships were selected in three calls for proposals, involving partners from EU-27, UK and COSME countries.

Agogic ACS creates modular, compostable rainwear, designed for sustainability with a positive impact on climate and ecosystems.
Alina Cernatescu presents a zero-waste capsule using sustainable fabrics by Ifansi and a unique technique that turns waste into embroidery, merging fashion and sustainability.
Made in Italy craftsmanship meets Haratech technology to create hybrid shoes with 3D-printed uppers, combining hard and soft areas in a single material.
Avalenn is a 100% plant-derived textile made from apple juice industry residues and plant fibers. Ideal for curtains or blinds, it reduces reliance on synthetic materials.
The Body Moody belt alleviates back pain, menstrual cramps, and muscle stiffness while promoting relaxation. It's simple, functional design uses high-quality materials for maximum comfort.
This project unites a product designer and research group to transform sugarcane bagasse, the world's largest agro-industry by-product, into high-value, sustainable, biodegradable materials for the built environment.
